1. General Provisions: 1.1. VBVEU OÜ, registered in Tallinn, Estonia, Reg. Nr. 11730411, operates the online shop through the website softblox.eu. Hereinafter referred to as “Seller”. Contact details: email: info@softblox.eu, 

   1.2. The Seller is the party of the sales agreements concluded and the administrator of personal data provided by buyers through the online shop.

   1.3. The terms and conditions of shopping in the online shop are governed by these terms and conditions.

   1.4. These Terms and Conditions aim not to restrict or exclude the rights of consumers and the rights of private persons who engage in agreements directly related to their business activities, where such agreements are not of a professional nature for these persons, as evident from the context of their business activities.

2. Prices of Goods: 2.1. Prices are published on the website.

   2.2. Prices do not include charges for additional services. Buyers are informed about the cost of additional services at the time of placing the order and on the order summary screen.

3. Conclusion of a Sales Contract: 3.1. Information on the store’s website, including prices and descriptions, constitutes an invitation to conclude a contract, not an offer.

   3.2. An order by the buyer constitutes an offer to purchase.

   3.3. A sales contract is concluded when the buyer receives an acceptance confirmation from the seller, no later than 5 working days from placing the order.

   3.4. Order acceptance is confirmed via email to the address provided at the time of the order.

   3.5. Account registration is not necessary to place an order. Personal data are used solely for contract execution unless otherwise consented by the buyer.

   3.6. Failure to pay within 5 working days is considered a withdrawal from the purchase offer.

4. Right of Withdrawal from the Contract: 4.1. Buyers can withdraw from the contract within 14 days without providing a reason.

   4.2. To withdraw, buyers should email their statement to info@softblox.eu.

   4.3. Returned goods must be complete and undamaged. Buyers bear the return costs.

   4.4. Refunds are processed within 14 days after receiving the returned goods or proof of return, excluding additional delivery costs resulting from non-standard shipping methods chosen by the buyer.

5. Payments: 5.1. Payments can be made via Montonio – Payment initiation service provided by Montonio Finance UAB, registry code 305205122, address Konstitucijos 7, Vilnius, Lithuania, holding a payment institution license No LB002007 issued by the Bank of Lithuania.

6. Delivery and Fulfillment: 6.1. Orders are processed within 10 days, usually within 5 business days.

   6.2. Delivery times vary by the customer’s location.

7. Data Processing: 7.1. Personal data is processed in compliance with GDPR.

   7.2. Data collected via Google, META (Facebook) and Yandex are used for marketing and analytics.

8. Warranty and Complaints: 8.1. The Seller is liable for defects under applicable laws.

   8.2. Complaints should be emailed to info@softblox.eu with a detailed description of the defect.

9. Final Provisions: 9.1. Any disputes related to business activities not of a professional nature will be settled by a general court with jurisdiction over the seller’s location.

   9.2. These Terms and Conditions are effective as of 01.02.2024.
